By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. To accommodate our clients while maintaining efficiency, we have set the following cancellation guidelines:
Standard Cancellations:
- Sedan & SUV Reservations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time to avoid fees.
- Stretch Limos, Sprinters, or Specialty Vehicles: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
Late Cancellations:
- Cancellations made within the 24-hour or 48-hour window will incur a 50% charge of the total booking fee.
- No-shows or cancellations within 2 hours of pickup time will result in a 100% charge of the total booking fee.
How to Cancel:
We reserve the right to waive or adjust fees for cancellations due to extreme weather, flight delays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond your control. Proof may be required.
Pricing Policy
At Tampa Premier Car Service, we value transparency in our pricing. The quote provided at the time of your reservation will remain final unless changes are made.
Exceptions to Quoted Pricing:
- Time-Sensitive Quotes: Quotes provided more than 30 days prior to service may be subject to updates.
- Reservation Changes: Adjustments to stops, extended service time, or changes in pickup/drop-off locations may affect the price.
- Unforeseen Circumstances: Road closures, special events, or other unexpected factors may impact pricing.
Any pricing adjustments will be communicated in advance for your approval.
Airport Pickup Policy
We strive to make your airport experience seamless with timely and professional service.
Meet & Greet Service:
- Your chauffeur will meet you inside the terminal with a sign displaying your name.
- For international flights, your chauffeur will meet you at the customs exit.
Curbside Pickup:
- For quicker service, opt for curbside pickup by contacting your chauffeur upon landing.
Flight Monitoring & Grace Periods:
- We monitor your flight for delays or early arrivals.
- Domestic Flights: 30-minute grace period after arrival.
- International Flights: 60-minute grace period after arrival.
Wait time beyond the grace period will be charged based on the hourly rate of the reserved vehicle.
Payment Policy
To ensure a smooth process, we require payment prior to service unless other arrangements have been made.
- Accepted Payments: Major credit cards, debit cards, and cash (in select situations).
- Late Payments: All outstanding balances must be settled before the completion of your ride.

Car Seat & Booster Seat Policy
Your child’s safety is our priority. We offer car seats and booster seats at no additional cost upon request. Please notify us in advance to ensure availability.
Pet Policy
We welcome pets in our vehicles for your convenience.
Pet Guidelines:
- Pets must be properly secured during the ride.
- Clients are responsible for any cleaning or damage fees resulting from their pet.
Please inform us in advance if you are traveling with a pet.
General Service Conditions
To maintain the highest level of service, the following general conditions apply:
- Reservations & Confirmation:
- Bookings must be made in advance with accurate details.
- A reservation is only confirmed upon receiving written or verbal confirmation from Tampa Premier Car Service.
- Client Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information (flight details, pickup locations, special requests).
- We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other external factors.
- Clients are responsible for their personal belongings.
- Vehicle Conditions & Safety:
- Smoking and alcohol consumption are not permitted unless authorized.
- All vehicles are regularly maintained for safety and comfort.
- Additional Charges:
- Wait Time: $25 per 15 minutes beyond the grace period.
- Extra Stops: Additional charges may apply based on distance and time.
- Liability & Insurance:
- All vehicles are fully insured, including passenger coverage.
- Tampa Premier Car Service is not responsible for injuries or damages unless caused by proven negligence.
Modifications to Reservations
Changes to your reservation, including pickup time or vehicle selection, must be made at least 12 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
